fix board thickness in the model (cca 0.4mm) to the actual thickness (cca 1mm)
on/off switch needs 6mm longer rod or has to be moved towards the nearest edge as much as possible. MicroUSB stick 3mm out of the board so it reaches through the housing.
If possible, move the user and backlight pushbuttons 2mm away from the screw hole. Same with ON/OFF switch and microUSB connector. Move the backlight button towards the side and replace it with the one that points sideways (http://g04.a.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1B3wQLXXXXXc0XVXXq6xXFXXXG/20-Pcs-lot-5mm-x-4mm-x-1-6mm-4-Pin-Momentary-font-b-Push-b.jpg)
Make all holes fi 3mm

Move the screw holes on the diode and receiver PCBs such that they are symmetric across the centre axis.
