Mapping of user data from the GSI block #30

The user-defined area in the GSI block of an STL file should be mapped to STLXML and further to EBU-TT. The information in this user data field may be worth to preserve. Additionally this is a requirement for lossless round-tripping.

As the encoding of this field is undefined, the value should be encoded in base64. As only a part of the field may actually contain useful data, trailing spaces can be ommitted according to EBU-TT Part 2 (Tech 3360).
