A parameter should be added to use the special value normal for the tts:lineHeight value (instead of the default value 125%) in order to let a renderer choose an appropriate line height.

Make the value normal the default value, fixing rendering issues in certain cases. Instead add an option to use the value 125% instead for the line height.
