SCF service: EBU-TT-D(-Basic-DE) to STLXML/STL aborts #77

If the source format EBU-TT-D or EBU-TT-D-Basic-DE is used with STLXML or STL as target format, the conversion aborts with "map(*) expected, empty sequence found.".

As the affected module EBU-TT2STLXML makes certain assumptions regarding the source document which are currently not fulfilled by EBU-TT-D(-Basic-DE) documents created by the SCF, the described source/target format combinations will be disabled for now.
