Can't breed moos.

Issue Description

I am trying to breed Refined Fuel Moos, I have a bunch of them but Mini Wheat doesn't seem to work 99% of the time. I have to feed about 20 Mini Wheat to two Moos each and then they might start breeding.

I am playing FoolCraft 2.

Reproduce Steps

Try to breed Refined Fuel Moos.
