moved packages to correct directory(?) #8

temporarily fixes the issues mentioned in IRkernel/IRkernel#50 until Jan fixes drat :grin:

This is probably right... I'm just wondering why R wouldn't look into the "smaller" one be default or if something changed with this code during the last release.
