As discussed over Discord, add natives to textdraws which will allow changing properties such as alignment, text size, letter size etc. for both per-player & global textdraws.
There's one big thing about textdraws. Their creation order also manages under which layer your textdraw is shown. That's where (Player)TextDrawSetPos saved my life a tons, so I didn't have to re-create my TD everytime when I changed its position. Now I'm having that issue with Alignment.
