web application: Allow to link out to GEO from web application #1

Currently, the BII web app allows one to link out to ArrayExpress, PRIDE or EMBL-BANK. Can you add to this to allow us to link out to GEO if Comment[GEO Accession] is present in the loaded ISATab?

Now displays GEO links properly when the Comment field is found with

Comment[GEO Processed Data Accession; Comment[GEO Raw Data Accession]; OR Comment[GEO Accession]

for Processed, Raw and web links respectively.
