Updating graph2tab and other changes #27

Having merged your changes into the BioInvIndex and ran the tests, I get this:

Tests run: 103, Failures: 0, Errors: 67, Skipped: 6

On testing with the current version of the BioInvIndex code in the repository, I get no errors at all.

Can you please pull the latest BII code from the repo and run the tests. When they all pass, tell me and I will integrate your changes.
