BIIQueryBuilder: search the new fields #37

Hi! we are using BIIQueryBuilder and we would like to be able to search for the new index fields: contact and publication. Not sure if search for dates (other new fields) make sense.

Could also the submitter name be added to the index?

I have added the fields to the search, but when searching for contacts and publications, it doesn't work. Searches on the protocol do. Could you get someone who'd proficient in Lucene to check it out since I can't figure out why the query doesn't work.
