The Data Location Manager and data location XML format allows to define where data files are supposed to go. The Import Layer is currently able to deal with the types: raw data, processed data and other/generic (e.g.: image files, ADF files). The problem is that the Data location manager and the corresponding XML format can only manage the raw/processed case. we should add the third one, e.g.:

Moreover, because a repository cannot currently be specified for the 3rd case, files like array designs are currently just ignored and not copied to any location. Which is something to be fixed for the ISA-Tab export functionality.
