ISAcreator is a Java desktop application which allows for the creation and editing of ISA-Tab files. Originally developed by Eamonn Maguire, with further contributions by Alejandra Gonzalez-Beltran, David Johnson and Philippe Rocca-Serra (Uni. of Oxford).
When writing and reviewing ISAtab files, ISAcreator is hardly usable for the i_Investigation content.
Most Protocols are likely to extend beyond the whimpy input fields, and the popup-text editor
which would be able to show the content is sometimes difficult to tame (Could be related to Ubuntu + Unity + Multimonitor setup,
but that's a different story). So currently, the best option to preview ISAtab files is to upload them
to Metabolights/BII, which is too late IMHO.
I'd love to se an "ISA Report", which could be generated PDF or HTML something,
where all information is (statically) visible at a glance.
