Support the export in OWL/RDF format from ISAconverter. It will utilize the isa2rdf library produced by Nina/ToxBank group.

This will be closed for now as we wait on final versions of the OWL/RDF converter. As it stands, this conversion can be called independently of the converter codebase since it uses the simplified ISAcreator representation of the ISA 'model'.
