SRA converter to set CENTER automatically without relying on Comment[] as currently #10

ISA is a valid NCBI Center (probably now propagated to SRA). Use ISA as default for consistency and simplicity. Retain ability to rely on Comment[SRA] fields placed in Investigation File (see [https://github.com/ISA-tools/ISAcreator/issues/#issue/62 Issue 62] in ISAcreator)

Discussion needed, as this may be an item for the ISAcreator to support additional Comment[] from the interface. Or uplon selecting an assay that use NGS as tech type, add a block of Comment[] to the Study section with default values, e.g. Comment[centre].

We should just create ISA-Tab templates for SRA in this case.
