The following parameters would be useful to both extract and store in the assay files:

mzML attributes, includes:
- id of mzml
- accession of mzml
- version of mzml
Run parameters
- defaultInstrumentConfigurationRef (or link somehow to instrument configuration)
- defaultSourceFileRef
- sampleRef
- startTimeStamp
