Simple unit test and example data #34

Added a single mzML file from each MTBLS study up till 02 Aug 2018 and stored in a compressed file. Each file has the binary removed so that we can store in github without taking up too much space
Added example JSON output for the files above (example_files/MTBLS-no-binary.tar.lzma)
Added simple unit test to check the metadata from the files above (example_files/MTBLS-json-meta)

@althonos - Perhaps the mzML files with the binary stripped are not as important now that the FTP is working again. However I still think it can be useful for uni-tests and do not take up too much space.

Are you happy to merge?

I am going to remove this pull request and repeat with the json data in a compressed form as it looks a bit neater
