Can't install latest version #50

Hello, Latests version of mzml2isa relies on fastobo 0.12.12 Unfortunatly fastobo doesn't support python 3.9 and newer image

I'm trying to update isa-tools with the newest version of mzml2isa but can't at the moment because it would mean that we can only support a single version of python (3.8).

How would you propose I address this issue ? Thank you.
