Remove large files in git history #9

There are some large files in the git history that I was originally using for testing. This can make downloading the git repo quite slow.

I propose that we delete the large files using something like bfg. I have used before and it seems to work very well.

@althonos: Do you have any objections to this, or perhaps have an alternative approach that could work?

I was thinking about this but I did not have any idea of how to do it, so if you know the way, I'm okay with it :)
