Add a ggplot2 versions of the plot functions. Related to #7.

To speed up cran readiness I postpone ggplot2 plots to next milestone

Added first function for plotting individual dates with commit ac44002fe00f70a58a6e25e3368ba8c5d2a6287f. Looks like this: ggplot_plot_cal_date.pdf
