Since we aim for using the sequential possibilities of OxCal, we should include the ability to read them from the OxCal output and display them in summary and plots.

Added parsing of posterior probs and sigma ranges in ac2a21bbc465b4650be8c1153c7f0267e421b488. This is on branch dev_parse_modeled_dates. Still TODO:

[x] Tests for posteriors
[x] make them visible in print and plot functions
