Currently, when the user enters the group page, the group name isn't displayed.

[x] [server] Add a GET request handler at "/groups/:id" that returns the group name
[x] [web] Fetch the group's name and display it as a header above the items inside /g/[slug]/+page.svelte and /g/[slug]/+page.js
[ ] [android] Fetch the group's name and display it on the topbar
