Add a clipboard/link icon to the header of each element for easy copying #4

It should be easy to find and copy a permanent link that goes directly to each metadata element's section in the documentation. Right now the only way to get a link is via the "bubble" buttons under each cluster, which is difficult to read and not very obvious.

The icon for this could be a :clipboard: or a :link:. What do you think, @ISEALElizabeth and @adamISEAL?

Link can be used to easily copy the exact URL for an element.
