Create a data element class for Evidenisa #7

It will be useful to be able to identify all data elements that are used in the coding of reports for Evidensia outputs. Can we create a data element class for this purpose? Suggestion here is to edit the "Comments" class to indicate if the data element is used by Evidensia instead of create a new class.

This was achieved by including "data element used by Evidensia" in the comment component of the the relevant data elements.
