Check the interactions with the new Archiva data set #10

  1. Remove rdt-config-scien.json and only use the rdt-config file in rdtLoadSources
  2. Move utility/rdtLoadSources under the root as rdt. Have an rdt for each project, including CISET, RTBScenes, too.
  3. Remove deprecated folder in object branch.
  4. We will think about the naming and organization of L3/data directory.
  5. Work through the tutorials that HJ wrote; help with documentation.
  6. Time to consider merging object branch into master.

We now expect that the basics of RDT will be part of isetcam and these other repositories will rely on the 'scien' or 'isetbio' RDT channels.

Removed deprecated folder and the tutorials run. There is no CISET and RTBScenes any more.

The CFA types that have been published are up on 'scien' in the RDT in '/L3/cfa'
