Request for Enhancement of Installation Instructions #1

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the software you have developed, which has been a valuable addition to my toolkit. However, I have encountered some challenges while attempting to install the program on my system. I believe that with a few enhancements to the installation guide, the process could be made significantly more user-friendly and efficient for all users.

I understand that creating and maintaining documentation can be time-consuming, but I believe that these improvements would greatly enhance the user experience and could potentially increase the adoption of your software.

Thank you for considering my suggestions. I am looking forward to seeing the updated installation guide and continuing to use your software.

I agree with you that the system is not yet in good shape for easily sharing. In fact, we are only at the stage where we have started to upload the shared data to the Stanford Digital Repository (they are having issues with the large data transfer). And we have not yet made clear how to run the Docker containers locally (we normally run using a distributed model).

If you had any success at all, congratulations! Do let us know specifically what you think we should do. I will try to make it easier to share for others in the future. I will appreciate any suggestions. It may take us some time, but I will put in the effort.

In the mean time, Dave Cardinal and I made a number of improvements that we hope will improve the experience.
