I've created a vanilla Textarea component that is responsible for the following tasks
Consume input lists which are internally converted to a single string
Display the string in an actual Textarea
Return the Textarea string as a list on change

It's first implementation happened in Spinwheel and was then ported to a sovereign component used in NamePicker and GroupGenerator.
It would be nice to refactor Spinwheel for it to use, but this is not that important at the moment and is hence documented in this ticket.
