Hello team. I have implemented the BQ in the pipeline. Everything was tested. The only thing we must be aware of is the events are loaded with delay into firebase but immediately into debug view. I added 2 classes for PQRs, this is for the other BQ we must implement

Great work @CristianCaro915 I've seen that pipeline live and it works great. Fix the conflicts in this branch tho in order to review and approve the changes.
