CHIPIR: EPICS Stream Driver for AGILENT 53220A Counter #119

As a support person I want to create a EPICS-based stream driver for the AGILENT 53220A Counter, so that I can support this piece equipment when it is used on CHIPIR.

  2. Drive AGILENT 53220A Counter using SCPI commands over GPIB
