GUI: IOC log search result update live #1598

The IOC log supports "search results" and "recent messages". It would be nice to have this distinction removed. The search criteria should apply to all messages that have been received. If a message is received that meets the current search criteria, it gets displayed, otherwise it is hidden. Currently, if a search is applied, it's not obvious why new messages aren't displayed

Steps to reproduce: Open the IOC log. Limit the search to a specific IOC as sender. Start and stop the IOC, no messages will appear until you clear the search criteria

This remains current behaviour and can be reproduced
