GUI: Edited synoptic should change automatically #1928

When I edit the synoptic that I am currently looking at the changes should be immediately reflected. This will remove the need for a refresh button on the synoptic view. This may be related to https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/1601.
