Monitor OPI: display two (or more) monitors #2753

As a scientist, I would like to be able to display the status of two or more monitors within the Monitor OPI.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Display status of monitor in a tab.
  2. Display status of multiple monitor by supporting multiple tabs in the Monitor OPI.

Notes

  1. Requested by the IMAT team.
