Script server: make scripts more easily reusable #3591

As a user, I would like to be able to reuse saved scripts more easily. Currently adding a script to the queue requires you to go through the file browsing dialogue every time. I propose maintaining a list of loaded files for easy access, see mockup below:

Perhaps a separate Save Script button could also be added as part of this ticket.
