GUI: DAE perpective does not update settings on switching instrument #3734

The settings in the Experiment Setup tab are correct for the current instrument when the DAE perspective is first opened, but then these settings persist for subsequent changes of instrument. The only solution found so far is to restart the client.

This is still behaving oddly, with different values maintained or not going between instruments
