This is not directly required for ISIS as we run on windows and can use the pre-compiled library, but for ESS collaborations it would be be useful if https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/EPICS-tcIoc was able to be built on linux. This would require building the ADS version at https://github.com/Beckhoff/ADS

Add https://github.com/Beckhoff/ADS to our build system
Update https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/EPICS-tcIoc to use above on Linux

Testing with emulator via system tests to start shortly

Seems to work with Beckhoff ADS, issue with routes with Github ADS

Now working from linux -> windows. Also works on windows -> windows on local machine with github ADS, have an issue with windows -> windows remote (works for a bit then stops) but that may be because i am running a debug build. Need to see if works ok on windows-x64 and then check why windows-x64-debug has issues
