As a scientist or instrument scientist I want to be able to configure the instrument dashboard, so that I can control which items of information are made available for others to view.

  4. I can change how the data items are ordered on the dashboard

No longer relevant - the IBEX dashboard now implements this functionality (blocks, groups, configurations) . In effect, this ticket is superseded by others.
