tcIOC: Adapt to work for the Twincat Working Group code #4919

As a user on muon instruments I would like to control the muon barndoors (see here). They will be controlled via a Beckhoff PLC running the code from the twincat working group here. Currently tcIOC has a motor record interface for the PLC on the CRISP jaws. This needs to be modified to work with the collaboration's code given that it has different PLC variable names and likely slightly different logic about how to perform a move. This is required for this ticket.
