Re-order Data on the Instrument Dashboard #51

As a scientist or instrument scientist I want to be able to change the position of data items on the dashboard, so that I can control the way in which status information displayed by the dashboard.

    • e.g. I can promote/demote data items

  3. "Re-ordering"/"changing the position" does not necessarily mean we require a drag & drop interface. The ability to re-order/move items in a simple text list (e.g. using a text editor) would be sufficient (at least in the first instance).

No longer relevant - the IBEX dashboard now implements this functionality (blocks, groups, configurations) . In effect, this ticket is superseded by others.
