Control Instrument Dashboard Refresh Rate #53

As a scientist or instrument scientist I want to be able to set the rate at which an instrument dashboard is refreshed, so that I can control how often the dashboard is updated.

  3. Might be simplest to define the refresh rate as the interval (in seconds) between refreshes
  4. Are the minimum and maximum refresh rates defined in the URD acceptable?
  5. Suggested minimum refresh rate: 60s(i.e. once per minute)
  6. Suggested maximum refresh rate: 5s (i.e. once every 5 seconds)

No longer relevant - blocks displayed on the IBEX dashboard are updated when they change. There is no need to have a refresh cycle.
