SXD: OPI for SXD Jaws #6057

As a SXD scientist I want to be able to control the jaws on SXD, so that I can shape the beam.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Using the IBEX client, I can control the SXD Jaws
  2. Using genie_python, I can control the SXD Jaws

Notes

  1. Check the SXD Instrument wiki.
  2. The SXD Jaws VI is similar (in spirit) to the PEARL, GEM and POLARIS jaws controllers.
  3. The SXD jaws are controlled by LinMot drives
  4. The IOC & OPI must offer functionality equivalent to the existing VI (located here: C:\LabVIEW Modules\Instruments\SXD\SXD Jaws - specifically in the Screens sub-directory).
