SXD: OPI for XYZ Stage - Githubissues

As a SXD scientist I want to be able to control an XYZ stage, so that I can control the position of my sample.

[ ] Galil config setup
[ ] A config is setup to use the sample stack OPI for the XYZ stage
Notes
1. Check the SXD Instrument wiki.
2. SXD has a SECI configs which use an XYZ stage, but it is not clear which VI is used.
  - XYZ stage is assumed to be controlled using Galils.

Changes have been made on SXD config branch which need testing
