Blockserver: PV sets on configs - meeting to decide on solution

As an instrument scientist I would like to be able to set pvsets/values on a config that includes an IOC from a component rather than only being able to set the pv value on the component itself.

On MuSR and the other muon instruments this would be useful as the solution for now is to create several base components with different pv values for a single PV and include them in the relevant config. It would be nicer to be able to set it per-config instead.

• Meet to discuss how to achieve this and what the solution should look like
• New ticket(s) to implement it are created

We have come up with a nasty hotfix on MuSR involving editing the instrument scripts, would like to argue that this is high priority as the hotfix doesn't consider some edge cases

For info the setmag() script has been updated to set the slew rate to 400 if the config is prepended by triton and 798 if not.
