MuSR: Do remaining requested configuration changes

Instrument scientists have requested the following changes on MuSR configs, I have finished some of the other requests but these remain:

• [x] Mercury_heliox needs splitting into cryostat and fridge configs - half done
• [x] OXF13&14 have no boost configs currently
• [x] triton_udr3&4 need splitting into cryostat and fridge configs
• [x] Blue_sorb needs to be added when ready
• [x] Flow cryostat config needs to be added or copied from EMU
• [x] CCR_configs need to be added or copied from EMU
• [x] Blue_ITC502_boost needs to match Blue_ITC503_boost

Will be making these changes tomorrow (25th) as the instrument machine is free then.

Repointed as I think it'll take a bit longer than I thought.

So far i have:

• Finished splitting up mercury heliox into cryostat + fridge
• copied over Heliox_PR from EMU (config and component)
• Copied over the (3)CCR configs, and ITC503_flow_cryostat components
• ICE configs were removed as the hardware is being phased out
• blue_itc502_boost already seems to match blue_itc503_boost?
• haven't finished splitting up udr3&4 configs yet, but wanted to ask about booster configs before doing so to avoid duplicating work.

Will ask the scientists about udr3&4 and their booster configs, as well as COM ports for all.

Ok, instrument scientist is happy to carry on with configuration changes and thinks we are very close to what they need for cycle, during this ticket we saw #6358 which was quite odd, not sure why this happened or how to reproduce easily but have documented the way we encountered it.

We also found #6359 which could become a problem as MuSR has several components (scientist says nearly 40!) which could make IBEX unusable in the future for adding components to configs.
