Build Status Dashboard: Fix Layout

Where?

There is an issue on the IBEX build status dashboard where some of the builds become duplicated and pop up outside the row/column layout which makes some of the board illegible (see screenshot)

We should investigate why this happens and fix it.

Notes:

• The issue seems to disappear when you resize the window

Yes

To Reproduce

1. Open the IBEX status overview page
2. (That's it)

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] All builds are clearly displayed in their rows
• [ ] There are no duplicate builds in the view

Weirdly enough I can't reproduce over https! perhaps seeing as we serve the page over https we should use it instead for standup etc. It may have also been fixed by jenkins being updated recently
