INTER are having a new detector installed June - it will be a pseudo 2D arrangement, there will be 8 modules that will each act as linear detectors providing spectrum v TOF, but will be placed side by side to give an extra dimension. Each module will have a special "unaccounted counts" spectrum. They would like several ibex liveviews of this:
8 separate spectrum v TOF views for the modules each in its own tab
A single view showing all 8 modules (spec v tof) side by side horizontally (unless they look too small, then think again)
A single spec v TOF view of the summed counts from all 8 modules
A 2D integrated counts over TOF view of spectrum number v module number (1-8)
In addition they would like an enhancement to the current DAE single spectrum view:
They also mentioned a few issues with the current spec v TOF live view - these probably relate to the axes not reflecting the true spectrum or tof value, but rather a pixel number starting at 0:
