As a user, I would like to be able to communicate with the newly produced ISIS Environment Monitor Box, to provide information about my sample conditions.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] IOC is written
[x] OPI is created
[x] Suitable tests are written
[x] Documentation created or updated

Notes

Simple 2-channel read-only box to return temperature and humidity
Command set here. Can be altered if required.
