Instrument deploy script: Automatically find most recent version

As a: developer, I'd like the deploy script to choose the most recent jdk version from shares by version number, before asking if the machine should be updated to it.

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Arrange a meeting to discuss possible implementation.
• [x] Deploy script finds highest version number from jdk instead of being hardcoded.
