GEM: check sensor files #8202

The new F718.txt and F722.txt seem to differ by a factor of 1000 from those on GEM, the oens on GEM have been renamed to F718old.txt and F722old.txt and a pull of our normal calibration files done, but we need to confirm numbers in files

Look OK now, not sure what i was comparing. original email of sensors had some strange values, but not now on gem!
