The system tests for dhp30330 were randomly failing likely because the constant power mode that is used when calculating adjustments was not propagated to the emulator. We studied the real device and it seemed like the constant power mode is enabled when a power setpoint other than 0 is sent. We have no explicit way to send const power mode to the device, so this logic should be implemented in our emulator.
