Upon restarting an IOC through start/stop IOCs (SKFCHOPPER_02 when encountered), the block gateway continually crashes for ~1min before stabilising. Logs with examples are found on dates 20240214, 20231115, 20231013, and likely any other date with large GWBOCK files.
