As someone developing an IOC to use with the SXD Tensile Stress Rig I want to be able to test the system is working
Acceptance Criteria
[x] There is a VI which has the following behaviours:
[x] Makes sure the ISIS LabVIEW Service is running
[x] Has a string indicator
[x] Has a double numeric indicator
[x] Has a string indicator displaying the value of an enum
[x] Has a Boolean indicator
[x] Has a Numeric Array Indicator
[x] Has a string control which propagates to the appropriate indicator
[x] Has a double numeric control which propagates to the appropriate indicator
[x] Has an enum control
[x] Has a button whose value propagates to the appropriate indicator
[x] This VI and those needed for the ISIS Remote LabVIEW services are added to the ibex_vis git repo
Extra Information
This is needed to make it easier to undertake "device" testing for the tensile stress rig, running this on a server will allow the creation of a generic IOC with something that can be used to ensure that it works

How to Test
Download the ibex_vis git repo
Make sure LabVIEW is installed
Open the VI created and make sure that the run arrow is white
Check for the indicators in the acceptance criteria
Run the VI, and make sure the controls propagate to the appropriate indicators
